The Very Reverend David Kaye Lee Earl, Dean of Ferns from 1979 to 1994, died peacefully at University Hospital Waterford on Friday, March 31st last.
Born in 1928 and educated at Trinity College, Dublin, he was ordained in 1956. He held incumbencies at Rathkeale and Killarney before being appointed Dean of Ferns in 1979.
His funeral service was held in Christ Church, Tramore on Sunday, April 2nd at 3 p.m. with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
