Tullow is a busy country town on the River Slaney. There are many attractions in the town and surrounding area including Tullow Museum, housed in a small stone church, Mount Wolseley's 18 hole golf course and a ringfort three miles outside of the village Shillelagh is a picturesque village, set among the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. It was a reknowned centre for oak production and supplied the timber for many famous buildings. The village now hosts an annual oak festival each June Bank holiday weekend. Sunday Services:
