House for Duty

A Holiday Home in South Wexford in Return for Sunday Duty
Would you like to visit a holiday home in one of the most beautiful locations in County
Wexford, in return for taking Services on a Sunday while you are with us?

This offer is open to clergy of the Church of Ireland, or of Anglican/Episcopal Churches
in communion with the Church of Ireland, who are in good standing in their own
diocese.

The house is situated in a rural location near Old Ross. It is just under a 2 hour drive
from Dublin airport. It consists of a main living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet,
sink) and three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people comfortably (two double beds and two
singles).

The resident Church of Ireland population increases in the summer months as holiday
homes in the area are in much demand. There is much to explore including Hook Head,
the JFK Arboretum and Tintern Abbey. Waterford is also within easy reach, with its
various attractions, and the Copper Coast, a UNESCO Global Geopark is within easy
reach.

For more information about taking up this opportunity please contact the Dean of
Waterford, the Very Reverend Bruce Hayes.

Occupancy starts Saturday after 3.00pm, checkout Saturday by 10am.a
