Only one Audi driver tried to take a rasher off me!
Cycling fund-raiser Robbie Syme will be interviewed on South East Radio by Alan Corcoran today at 11.05 a.m. approximately and at 5.30 p.m. on KCLR by Sue Nunn.
He will be talking about why he is cycling to all six cathedrals in the parish for two causes – one at home and one away and he will also be talking about the heart attack that led him to take up cycling.
Don’t forget to tune in and donate, if you can, to the good causes of an MRI scanner for Wexford General Hospital and a clinic build in Rwanda either by turning up at a cathedral near you – Robbie would be delighted to see you – or donating online using the idonate link.

Robbie arrived in Old Leighlin yesterday after visiting St Edan’s, Ferns the evening before.
Robbie says that all has gone well so far.
“The wind was a bit against me yesterday but traffic was light so it was quite pleasant,” he says.
In relation to motorists giving him a good berth on the road he says that they were mostly very courteous.
“Only one Audi driver who tried to take a rasher off me!” he says.
