Many people may remember that Robert Wyse Jackson, noted author and artist, was Dean of Cashel before he was appointed Bishop of Limerick Diocese in 1961 where he served until he retired in 1971 .
In memory of his time in Cashel the Cashel Arts Festival Committee has organised an exhibition of some of his paintings and other family Wyse Jackson memorabilia.
His son Patrick Wyse Jackson will give a talk on Thursday 15 September at 3.00pm.(admission free).
