We have a very special Magazine this month! It includes important survey results related to how accessible our churches are for wheelchair users.
The survey was suggested by Tullow parishioner Gemma Willis whose dream is to have all our churches accessible or at the very least, have a list of those that are accessible available on the Diocesan website. The cover speaks for itself. Stopped at the steps…
We’ve lots of other news too and an excellent profile of Carlow Union of Parishes as well as all our regular notes – from parishes to MU to gardening and of course, a letter from our Commissary, The Venerable Ruth Elmes who is looking after the Diocese until a new Bishop is appointed.
May is also a special month because we are launching a half-yearly subscription option. See the insert in your Magazine or the Diocesan Magazine webpage (link below).
We are also sending posters advertising the Magazine to all parishes for display in each church and parish hall so that everyone knows about this monthly publication that has been described as the ‘jewel in the Diocese’s shop window’.
See webpage link below.
Thank you to all who make the Magazine a success especially the distributors in each parish. Your work is much appreciated.
